The English to Spanish Translation of Journey to Parenthood

De Camino a la Maternidad Journey to Parenthood in English to Spanish translation

This Spanish-language adaptation of our Journey to Parenthood booklet was developed in collaboration with Our Bodies Ourselves to help women and families make informed choices about pregnancy, labor and birth, and the postpartum period.  It covers such topics as prenatal care, fetal development, gestational diabetes, nutrition and lifestyle, diagnostic tests, breast-feeding, labor and birth, postpartum care, and newborn health. Boxes, lists of questions, and an accessible format enhance this unique resource in Spanish.   It can be downloaded for free.
